The terms and conditions for exchange and return in the Badu Market Trading Portal are as follows: the customer can return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The product must be intact and free from any damage or defects. The product must be accompanied by a clear picture showing its condition before the return. In case of return, the paid amount for the product will be refunded after receiving the product and verifying its condition. In case of exchange, the customer can choose another product of the same value or higher. If the price is higher, the customer must pay the difference. In case of return, the customer bears the cost of shipping back to the shipping company.
